ViatoRideViatoRide Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
1. About ViatoRide
ViatoRide is an actively developed application for motorcycle riders that supports route planning, navigation, communication, road alerts and mutual assistance between users. By using ViatoRide you agree to these terms.
2. Test version
ViatoRide may be provided through testing tracks. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed, and parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable.
3. ViatoRide SOS
ViatoRide SOS and any potential incident-detection mechanisms are not an emergency number, rescue service or guarantee that an accident will be detected, a report will be sent or help will arrive. In a life-threatening emergency use the official emergency number applicable in your country.
4. GPS, maps and navigation
GPS position can be inaccurate or delayed. Routes, navigation instructions, maps, geocoding and external data may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. ViatoRide must not be treated as the only source of road information.
5. Road reports and speed information
Road reports may come from other users and some data from external sources. Information can be incomplete, incorrect, outdated or delayed. Road signs, signals, official instructions and applicable law always take priority over information displayed or spoken by ViatoRide.
6. Rider responsibility
The rider is responsible for safe vehicle operation, observing the road and following the law. Do not operate a phone in a way that distracts from riding.
7. Accounts and user content
Users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts and for the messages, photos, profile data and reports they publish. Illegal content, impersonation, harassment, spam, deliberately false reports and attempts to disrupt ViatoRide are prohibited.
8. External services
ViatoRide relies on external services including Google Firebase and map or routing providers. Changes or outages at those services can affect ViatoRide functionality.
9. Changes
These terms and the available features may be updated as ViatoRide develops. The current version is published on the ViatoRide website.
