Delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email.

Account deletion also covers data directly associated with your ViatoRide account, subject to necessary legal and security retention.

1. Delete your account in the app

In ViatoRide go to:

Profile → Account → Delete account

Follow the instructions shown on screen. For security, the app may ask you to confirm your identity again.

2. Request deletion without app access

Send an email from the address associated with your ViatoRide account to motof.official@gmail.com. Use the subject ViatoRide – account deletion request and include the account email address.

3. Data deletion

After verification, we will delete the account and data directly associated with it, including profile data, saved routes and account-linked location data, social relationships and other account records where deletion does not compromise security or service integrity.

Account deletion also initiates deletion of the account-linked session history and app launch summary and correction of the relevant statistics. Telemetry deletion is automatic and asynchronous. A technical marker with no profile data or session history is scheduled for deletion after 31 days; physical cleanup may finish later. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling or protection of users and the ViatoRide operator.
